Radiant System, Inc. will replace any heating element found to be defective for a period of 10 years from date of purchase. All other components are warrantied for a period of one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damage from accidents, misuse, alteration, or if connected to voltage 5 percent above the nameplate voltage, or to equipment improperly installed, wired, or maintained in violation of the instruction manual. This warranty is only valid in the United States. All warranty items FOB: Radiant Systems, Inc.
Radiant Systems, Inc., will not be responsible for any incurred labor charges.
The following conditions shall constitute a part of any order resulting in the fabrication and/or sale of the whole or any part of the equipment manufactured by Radiant Systems, Inc. There shall be no changes in terms or conditions of sale accepted unless detailed in writing by Radiant Systems, Inc.
Errors on published Radiant Systems, Inc. price sheets, prices quoted by the factory or a Radiant Systems, Inc Representatives, either in writing or verbal are subject to correction and will not be honored if incorrect.
Orders accepted by Radiant Systems, Inc., can be canceled by the purchaser only if not shipped and on terms that protect Radiant Systems, Inc., products from loss.
All claims for customer paid freight must be filed with the carrier by the customer.
All claims for shortages or incorrect material must be made in writing via (FAX) within one (1) week of receipt of product.
